We are a dynamic business consultancy firm specializing in strategic solutions, committed to driving sustainable growth for businesses. We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual for the role of Human Resource Officer.
Responsibilities Include:
1. Assess Staffing Needs: Evaluate current and future staffing requirements, strategizing recruitment and placement approaches accordingly.
2. Provide Employment Guidance: Offer counsel to job applicants regarding employment prerequisites and terms and conditions.
3. Manage Recruitment Processes: Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting notices, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and overseeing candidate transfers and redeployment.
5. Oversee Selection Procedures: Organize and participate in selection and examination boards, ensuring effective assessment and evaluation of candidates.
6. Handle Job Offers: Inform applicants of selection outcomes and craft comprehensive job offers.
7. Guidance on Policies and Procedures: Advise managers and staff on staffing policies and procedures, ensuring widespread compliance and understanding within the organization.
Skills Required:
Clear and effective communication, strong organizational abilities, problem-solving skills, interpersonal aptitude, and knowledge of employment laws and policies are essential for this role.
Salary: 30 $ per hour

Education - Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
Experience Required - 1 to 2 years in the same field
