Terms of Employment:
Contract/ Full-time 40 hours/week paid at $20.00/hr

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
• Cut carcasses, sides and quarters
• Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
• Wrap and package prepared meats
• Remove bones from meat
• Weigh meats for sales
• Cut poultry into parts
• Price meat products
• Sell meats to customers
• Grind meats
• Prepare special orders
• Shape, lace and tie roast, other meats, poultry and seafood
• Able to use band saw, manual cutting utensils and power grinder

Additonal Personal Requisite:

• Client Focus and accurate of meat cuts
• Dependable and reliable
• Efficient oral and written communication
• Flexible and team player
• Organized and will initiate actions

Work Conditions:

• Fast-paced environment and work on tight schedules
• Standing for extended perios and provided attention to details
• Combination of Bending, crouching, kneeling, walking, hand eye co-ordination 
• Physically demanding and attention to details

Job requirements:

• At least high school  graduate or it's equivalent foreign graduates
• Can speak and write in English
• Criminal Record Check (Proof)
