Architectural Technician

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing the review, coordination, and dissemination of subtrade shop drawings to MBSL Consultants for evaluation and feedback

• Exhibit clear and concise communication, both orally and in writing, with project stakeholders, including the General Contractor, Architect, and Engineer

• Proficient in creating 3D models with MWF Pro Metal (Revit), including exporting data to the ERP system for review and adjustments.

• Analyzing 3D models and wall panel tickets to identify and resolve conflict areas, requiring direction or clarification

• Exporting data to the ERP system for review and adjustments

Qualifications: 

• Possessing a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification preferred

• Completion of an architectural technology  program or a related an asset

• Experience in a similar role is required  

• Proficient in creating 3D models with MWF Pro Metal (Revit

Salary: We offer a salary of $31.25 per hour 

Bonus: Potential bonus of 15% of annual salary at employers discretion.

Job Type: Full-time permanent, minimum 32 hours per week

Language: At least intermediate English is required.
