Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Job Description:

• Establish methods and procedures to meet work schedules.
• Handle and address customer's complaints and concerns.
• Prepare, maintain, and submit reports of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• Establishes effective and positive communication amongst all team members.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Train staff in job responsibilities and enforce sanitation & safety procedures.
• Estimate and order supplies and ingredients which are required.
• Maintain quality control and standards for food service.
• Formulate budgets and estimate production costs.
• Plan menus and determine related food and costs.
• Ensures all cash handling procedures are upheld.

Salary And Hours: $27.00 CAD per hour / 30 hr per week

Overtime Rate and Holiday Pay: $40.50 per hour starting after 44 hours per week || 4% of the gross pay

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Start Date of Employment: As soon as possible

Positions Available: 1

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in similar role

Language Required: English

Minimum Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
