Job Description

AA 1 CONSTRUCTION LTD at Calgary AB require one Bookkeeper in a Full time permanent role

Work Location- 1916 30 AVE NE suite 15 Calgary, AB T2E 7B2

 Wages - 28.85 to 30.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 35 hours per Week

Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Prepare tax returns
  • Prepare trial balance of books
  • Reconcile accounts
