Web Developer at Sandol Enterprise Ltd.

Sandol Enterprise Ltd. has been importing commodities and goods from foreign countries and distributing them to domestic retail stores, and we have launched our own online shopping and delivery services with a wide range of selections including fresh fruit and meal kits since 2014. We are currently seeking to recruit a Web Developer who can join our team. The detailed information regarding this position is as follows:

Position: Web Developer

Wage: $38.40 - $39.40 per hour (Depending on working experience)

Working Hours: 30 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Starting Date of Employment: As Soon As Possible

Position Available: 1

Benefits: 4 % vacation pay or 10 business days of paid vacation

Work Location: 8661 201 St, 2nd Floor, Langley TWP, BC, V2Y 0G9

Job Duties:

• Provide consultation on the development process and overall maintenance of website;
• Write, develop, edit, implement, and conduct the necessary tests to the website's code and related interfaces according to the development plan and deadlines using HTML, CSS, Javascript and so on;
• Test and analyze data to monitor and maintain quality, security and user interface experience, determine areas requiring improvement and make necessary improvements in a timely manner;
• Plan and design the website’s information architecture, draw up plans to better exhibit the necessary information on the website, and make decision on hardware and software requirements;
• Establish and implement necessary procedures for continuous revision to website;
• Continuously check and maintain website’s functionality, and use debugging tools and techniques to troubleshoot issues;
• Research and analyze the latest developing trends associated with interactive media software products and develop plans to control audience traffic to the website.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree, usually in computer science, computer programming, Web development or software engineering or completion of a college program in computer science or related field is usually required;
• At least 1 year of experience as a computer programmer/web developer is usually required;
• Ability to think critically, work in a team, and meet deadlines are required;
• Communication in English is required.
