Job Description

Position:   Sr. IT Recruiter – NOC: 12101

Salary: $33.75 per hour, full-time position (30 hours/week)

Location of Work:  48 Mulgrave Street, Brampton, ON L6P 3H3

MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB:

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/social media
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Promote company's reputation.

Job Requirements:

Ÿ  Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in business

Ÿ  3 - 5 years of experience in the field of recruitment

Ÿ  Initiative; Effective interpersonal skills; Accurate; Team player; Judgement; Organized

Ÿ  Able to work in aFast-paced environment; Work under pressure; Attention to detail; Tight deadlines
