We are looking for natural leader to support our General Manager.

Duties

• Supervise the preparation and cooking of various pizza and menu items while adhering to Domino's recipes and quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage the food-making process, including dough management, ingredient inventory, and quality control.

• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.

• Manage labour costs, and productivity to optimize store performance.
• Train and mentor team members in efficient food-preparation and cooking techniques, customer service skills, and safety protocols.
• Implement and monitor cleanliness and maintenance routines to maintain a hygienic and well-organized kitchen and service area.
• Address customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the store manager to develop marketing strategies and promotional events.
• Oversee customer order management, ensuring accurate and timely preparation and delivery of orders.

Requirements

• Secondary School Completion
• Minimum seven months of experience in similar role
• Ability to legally work in Canada
