Job Description
Payless Tire Inc located at 901 Brunette Avenue, Coquitlam, BCV3K 1C7 is looking to hire an Office Administrative Assistant.
Terms of employment: full time/permanent
Hours: 40 per week
Salary: 25.00 hourly
Start date: as soon as possible.
Language: English
Education: completion of secondary school
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience
Job duties:
- Managing the shop's appointment calendar and coordinating with customers to schedule tire installations, rotations, and other services.
- Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer or appropriate person.
- Sending appointment reminders to customers.
- Maintaining accurate and organized records of customer information, transactions, and sales.
- Determine and establish office procedures
- Entering and updating customer data in the shop's database and maintain manual and computerized filing system.
- Managing incoming phone calls, emails, mail and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members and responding to routine inquiries.
- Generating invoices for services rendered and processing payments.
- Ensuring accurate and timely billing.
- Keeping the office area clean, tidy, and organized.
- Ordering office supplies as needed.
- Addressing issues and challenges that arise in daily operations, such as scheduling conflicts, customer service issues, or data discrepancies.
