Job Description:

• Having basic knowledge of various Vietnamese cooking techniques such as grilling, steaming, stir-frying, and simmering.
• Prepare traditional dishes like pho, bun cha, banh mi, spring rolls, and more.
• Cleaning prep areas and taking care of leftoversStocking inventory and supplies.
• Ensuring the preparation station and the kitchen are set up and stocked.
• Wash, peel, chop, slice, and measure ingredients for different dishes
• Making sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards.
