Job Description

1 Full-time permanent Sales Supervisor (NOC 62010) position available at The UPS Store, located at 467 SPEERS RD, OAKVILLE, ON, L6K 3S7, CANADA.

Main Duties to be completed as per the NOC 62010:

• Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
• Assign sales worker to duties.
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff.
• Teach interest or professional development courses.
• Authorize payments by cheque.
• Maintain specified inventory and order office supplies.
• Establish work schedule.
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, office supplies and personal matters organize and maintain inventory.
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.
• Oversee payroll administration.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Supervise office and volunteer staff.
• May perform key holding and managerial duties if required, such as opening and closing the store, managing escalated complaints, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries.

Employment requirements

• Completion of College/CEGEP is required.
• Previous 7 months to less than 1 year experience is required.

Compensation:

$34.5 per hour for 37.50 hours weekly. Overtime starts after 44 hours
