Job Details:
- Location: 2900 Sheffield Rd, Suite-3, Ottawa, ON, K1B 1A4
- Salary: $17.50 hourly / 30 to 44 hours per Week
- Terms of Employment: Permanent employment- Full time

Responsibilities
Tasks
- Take clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables.
- Use manual and electrical appliances to wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit.
- Clean and sanitize items such as pots, pans, dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
- Collect, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
- Wash worktables, cupboards, and dishes, remove the trash, and clean kitchen garbage containers.
- Load bus pans and trays and place dishes in the storage area.
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
- Stock up condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
- Keep records of the quantities of food used and stock refrigerators and salad bars.
- Portion, Package, and wrap take-out food.
- Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items.
- Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
- Handle and store cleaning products.
- Sweep and mop floors and perform other duties to assist the cook and kitchen staff.
- Unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, cupboards, and other storage areas.
