Position:
Cleaning Supervisor (NOC 62024)
1 Permanent - Full-time Position

Wage:
$35.50 per hour (full-time position – 40 hours per week)

Job Description:

• Manage daily operations to ensure cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.
• Lead, motivate, and guide cleaning staff to maintain a productive and cooperative work environment.
• Evaluate and improve cleaning routines and procedures for better effectiveness.
• Allocate work schedules to team members and adjust assignments based on priorities.
• Inspect completed tasks to verify adherence to client expectations and organizational standards.
• Organize and track inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
• Address and resolve client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

Job Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school or comparable work experience.
• 5 years of hands-on experience in cleaning operations or related roles.

Skills:

• Strong ability to manage a team, including scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with staff and clients effectively.
