Position: Carpenter
Location: Mississauga,ON L5S 1T1
Salary: 34.50 hourly/ 35 hours per Bi-weekly
Working conditions: Permanent employment ,Full time; Day, Morning
Start Date : as soon as possible
Vaccancy : 2 vacancies

Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Work site environment: Noisy; Dusty;
Work setting: Construction

Tasks
Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs
Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools
Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes,lightweight steel and other materials
Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites
Survey building locations and levels
Estimate costs and materials

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling; Combination of sitting, standing, walking; Handling heavy loads; Physically demanding; Tight deadlines; Work with minimal supervision
