Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the sales team, ensuring targets are met through effective strategies, performance monitoring, and resource allocation to maximize sales success.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and business development opportunities.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, targeting key markets and leveraging technology trends to achieve revenue growth and market expansion goals.
- Negotiate and close high-value IT contracts, collaborating with clients to tailor solutions that meet their specific business requirements and objectives.
- Analyze sales data, trends, and market intelligence, providing reports and actionable insights to senior management for informed decision-making and strategy refinement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure alignment in strategy and seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Establish and track sales KPIs, regularly reviewing performance against targets, providing coaching, and implementing corrective actions to meet business objectives.
- Manage sales budgets and allocate resources effectively, optimizing spending on lead generation, training, and sales initiatives to maximize returns.
- Implement customer retention strategies to enhance loyalty, improve satisfaction, and drive repeat business, ensuring clients remain engaged with company solutions.
- Represent the company at events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility, foster partnerships, and generate new sales leads.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, management, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of five years of prior experience with a strong preference for a background in sales is essential for this position.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills are important.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are critical. Demonstrated ability to lead the team and achieve results is a must.
- Understanding financial statements, budgeting, and cost management is essential for effective financial oversight, as the budgetary responsibility falls within $500,001 – $1,500,000.
- A commitment to ethical business practices and compliance with laws and regulations is crucial.
- One must be able to adapt to changing conditions and lead through various challenges, including crises and uncertainties.

Salary: $66.25 hourly/30 hours per Week
Overtime: 1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
