JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ARE LISTED BELOW:
- Assist in planning menus, size of the food portions, estimate food requirements.
- Help to stock the kitchen and keep the restaurant up to health code standards.
- Prepare and cook dishes, including appetizers, main course, side dishes and desserts, according to established recipes and menu.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications to maintain consistency and quality in all dishes.
- Handle customer interaction from time to time and serve customer when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen stations, equipment, and utensils.
- Monitor stock and place orders when there was a shortage.
- Be aware of changing menu items and specials.
- Take orders from the wait staff and prepare, cook food according to customer preference.
- Adjusting possible customizations to accommodate clients with specific diet and health concerns.
- Schedule and supervised kitchen helpers.
- Supervise kitchen operations and ensure safety and sanitation standards are met.
- Assist in estimating food costs, monitor, and order supplies.

Key Requirements:
- Completion of high school
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience
- Client focus, Effective interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Flexibility, Team player.
- Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
Language: English
Salary: CAD$ 35.00/hour. Full-time permanent position
