Job Posting: Vice president – Education Services

Location: Ilderton, ON

Position Type:  Full Time 

Wage: $120,000 annually (35 Hours per week)

Education Requirement: A university degree or college diploma

Our early childhood program provides a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment where children can thrive. We are now seeking a passionate and dedicated Vice President of Educational Services to join our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set strategic objectives for early childhood education and approve related policies and programs.
• Approve the establishment of early childhood education departments and key leadership roles.
• Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement educational policies and programs.
• Approve promotional campaigns and oversee personnel planning, including staff recruitment and development.
• Select senior staff and middle managers for leadership positions in early childhood education programs.
• Coordinate activities across various early childhood education programs and ensure alignment with goals.
• Represent the organization in negotiations or official functions related to early childhood care and education.

Qualifications:

• A university degree or college diploma 
• Several years of experience as a middle manager in a related institution or organization
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative.
