Automotive machinist

• Location: 1848 Bonhill Rd, suite-4, Mississauga, ON L5T 1C4, Canada.
• Workplace information: On site (Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely).
• Salary: $29.00 to $32.00 per hour (To be negotiated)
• Total working hours: 30 to 40 hours per Week
• Terms of employment: Permanent employment/Full time
• Work conditions: Day, Early Morning, Evening, Morning, To be determined
• Start Date: Starts as soon as possible

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC and manual machining equipment to produce precision automotive parts.
• Read and interpret technical blueprints and engineering drawings for accurate machining.
• Measure and inspect machined components to ensure they meet specified tolerances and quality standards.
• Set up tooling and fixtures for machining operations, ensuring optimal production efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and refine machining processes and techniques.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Record production data and document any deviations or quality issues encountered during machining.
