Salary: $61,700 annually, for 32.5 Hours per week

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related programs
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience

Main duties of the job:

• Collaborate with management to determine advertising needs and to set marketing goals
• Conduct research on the automotive parts market, industry trends, and competitor activities
• Conduct surveys and collect feedbacks from customers to analyze their needs and preferences to identify marketing opportunities and to develop and implement marketing strategies
• Develop content and materials for promotional events, flyers, and social media posts
• Manage social media accounts and online presence to increase brand visibility and increase customer loyalty
• Use social media platforms to promote product sales, discounts, and special events
• Maintain and update company website and ensure all content is accurate and up-to-date
• Design, develop, and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote auto parts and services and to generate sales
• Track and analyze digital marketing metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
• Participate in trade shows and local automotive events for information purposes
• Manage relationships with automotive parts suppliers to secure promotional opportunities
• Work closely with sales teams and external partners to align marketing efforts with sales goals
• Create and implement loyalty programs to boost customer retention
• Maintain records of marketing activities and compile data for management review
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers
• Answer inquiries from clients and potential clients
• Handle public relations to enhance the company's image and reputation
