Educational counsellor

Location:7200 Goreway Drive, Mississauga, ON, L4T 2T7, Canada.
Workplace information:On site (Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely).
Salary: $40.00 to $42.00 per hour (To be negotiated)
Working Hours: 30 to 40 hours per Week

Guide students in selecting appropriate courses and programs based on their career goals.
Provide personalized academic advising to support student success and retention.
Conduct workshops on study skills, time management, and exam preparation.
Assist students in understanding financial aid options and scholarship opportunities.
Facilitate career counseling sessions to help students identify job prospects.
Support students facing personal challenges by offering counseling services.
Develop and maintain relationships with faculty to enhance student support.
Organize and promote educational events and information sessions.
Evaluate student performance and recommend interventions when necessary.
Stay updated on educational trends and resources to better assist students.
