Our well-established Telacc Communication Ltd., located in 3 different locations (Victoria, North Vancouver and Maple Ridge) in British Columbia is looking for a full-time Retail Sales Supervisors (NOC-62010) to help us in increasing sales by implementing company’s business procedures.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Supervise, train and assign targets to sales staff
• Prepare work schedules to the sales staff 
• Authorize payments and deal with unhappy customers
• Involve in conflict resolution matters with customers and suppliers
• Perform cycle count of each product in the store and order inventory diligently
• Prepare report everyday on sales and predict ordering merchandise
• Participate in hiring and training activities of sales staff
• Maintain the band image of the company through promotional activities  
• Opening and closing the store, addressing escalated complaints, planning and implementing marketing strategy.

Requirements:

• Secondary education is required
• Work experience as retail salesperson including door-to-door or sales cashier is required.

Language: English

Remuneration: $25 per hour
