Job Description
Required Administrative Assistant (NOC 13110)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ARE LISTED BELOW:
- Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Taking notes and minutes of meetings.
- Ordering and taking stock of office supplies.
- Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders.
- Preparing documents for meetings and business trips.
- Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries.
- Greeting and directing visitors and new staff to the organization
- Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of teams or senior staff.
- Train office staff in office processes and procedures.
- Researching and booking travel arrangements for staff members; and
- Finding ways to improve administrative processes.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience of 1-2 years as an administrative assistance or in a secretarial or a clerical role or Completion of 1-2-years college diploma in a relevant field is required.
- Proficient in all office organization duties, systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational and planning skills is essential; and
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary: CAD$ 25.00/hour. Full-time permanent position at Indicate Immigration consultancy Inc. – Unit# 9, 7045 Tranmere Drive, Mississauga, Ontario L5S 1M2
