Job Description:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions that drive operational efficiency and business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Conducting data analysis to support business decisions.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
• Developing and presenting detailed reports and recommendations.
• Assisting in the design and implementation of business solutions.
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
• Conduct data analysis using various tools and techniques.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to design and implement solutions.
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate project outcomes to ensure they meet business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1 – 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
