Job Duties:
1. Supervise the process of preparing sales documentation and processing orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
2. Develop strategies to maintain and increase sales with current clients.
3. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop new clients.
4. Understand client requirements thoroughly to propose tailored solutions.
5. Create compelling reports and proposals that highlight the advantages of Gladney's Bus Limited's products or services.
6. Facilitate the sales process from initial inquiry to contract signing.
7. Draft, review, and finalize sales contracts in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
8. Provide detailed pricing, credit terms, warranty information, and delivery schedules to potential clients.
9. Maintain relationships post-sale to ensure client satisfaction and ongoing support.
10. Address and resolve issues related to product performance, service delivery, or customer satisfaction.
11. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
12. Deliver engaging presentations that highlight the features, benefits, and applications of Gladney's Bus Limited's offerings.
13. Implement promotional strategies to increase visibility and generate interest in Gladney's Bus Limited's products or services.
14. Lead and guide a team of technical sales specialists to achieve sales targets and uphold company standards.
15. Calculate and provide accurate estimates for the installation of transportation equipment, ensuring transparency and clarity in cost breakdowns.
Qualifications:
1. College diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
2. Proven 2-3 years experience in technical sales or a related field, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
4. Technical background or understanding of transportation solutions preferred.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
