Job Description: 

• Define company goals and endorse policies and initiatives
• Oversee the creation of key departments and appoint senior personnel
• Allocate resources effectively to execute policies and initiatives; establish financial and administrative checks
• Approve promotional strategies and oversee personnel planning
• Recruit middle managers, directors, and other executives
• Ensure coordination among various company segments
• Act as company representative or appoint delegates for negotiations and official engagements

Employment Requirements:  

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years to less than 5 years experienced required
